Make Sushi Rice

use short grain rice
- amount: rice = water
- rinsed in cold water until clear

seasoning for rice prepared ahead of time
- 5 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
(for 4 cups of cooked rice),(1 cup uncooked = 2 cup cooked)

mix cooked rice & seasoning in folding way, please don't kill the rice.
in case you leave the rice alone, put a damp paper towel on it, to save the rice from hardening.
